THE OPERATIONAL SAFETY OF FLIGHTS IS OUR PRIORITY
Flights are conducted by properly licensed aircraft, such as those registered under RAB 135 and RAB 136, allowing their operation for commercial purposes. These aircraft have specific certification for providing air services, including scenic tours and air taxi (public transport), always under the supervision of ANAC, the competent regulatory authority.
RELATIONSHIP OF SAFETY AND PASSENGERS
At M Fly, operational safety is our top priority. Therefore, we request all passengers booking flights with us to provide essential information to ensure everyone’s safety. This includes an ID or passport, a 3x4 photo, full name, and individual weight.
All our ground representatives are thoroughly trained to assess each passenger’s condition to determine their fitness to fly. We reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers who do not meet safety standards or whose condition may pose a risk to operations or contribute to potential accidents.
The use of narcotics, cigarettes, or vaping devices (electronic cigarettes) during the flight is strictly prohibited, as these practices pose significant safety risks. Any violation of these rules will be subject to criminal penalties under federal laws.
During the check-in and booking process, we provide passengers with all the necessary information about the rules to be followed onboard. This information is available in PDF format or printed for reference.
